I am fascinated by the idea of seeing something for
the first time, alongside thoughts I may never ever see
it again, and the impact that has upon my minds eye.
Imagine your mind as a camera, taking a picture of
every thing you have ever seen, Images to be forgotten - to be remembered sometime in the distant future.
The creation of a memory, that can be felt through the soul, that allows a time for reflection in to your day. Where you stop everything, sit down, stop moving, stop thinking and just experience what it feels like to just be.
To appreciate the things that we have around us that give us selfworth, just to know this improves personal well-being, living in the present, looking forward.
To continue the journey further, here is a 3 minute version of the art movie, with a different soundtrack to help sooth the mind. To help you breath down into a calm and ready state for relaxing meditation, even though your heart will start to coalese with the sound, allow what is being heard to take your mind on its own journey.
To clear the mind from the monkey brain, which contiunes to operate, while our concentration is elsewhere. Doing something good for ourselves should not be a guilty pleasure but celebrated
as a need within us to reconnect to nature and ourselves.
