open, and awake, neither clinging to nor rejecting anything that comes to mind.

Maintain nonjudgmental compassion toward yourself as you discover yourself clinging to and rejecting thoughts about other things.
READY TO START
Find a confortable place to relax (could be under a tree on a lunch break from a stressful day, or on your bed before getting a peaceful nite sleep) Sit down / or lay down, It is important to be comfortable as you’re asked to be still (as possible) during the meditation, allowing the mental stimulation to take effect.
Breathe normally and listen to the sounds and visuals, to absorb colours of nature passing by onscreen, to let nature guide your thoughts, the essence of meditation is simplicity. Stay with an open attitude toward these new expereinces, and feel enriched by the time and space being gifted to you by yourself.
Don’t fight your distractions; just let them wash over you and return to a peaceful, calm, connected state of mind. (Avoid this opportunity to organise your day, or think up a shopping list to do later), this time is for you to be alone doing something for yourself. Use the intro and endtro to come in and out of mind set.
Meditate During the day (quick hit) or evening for 20 to 30 minutes.
